CREAM MANDORLA Parisi
Almond Parisi cream is made with a minimum of 25 percent almonds. Both natural and peeled almonds are used. Roasting is very slow and gentle to give the cream a light color and a recognizable flavor of the fruit. The grinding itself is slow and cold, to preserve all the nutritional properties the fruit contains; blending with the other ingredients it becomes a sweet cream to be eaten spread for snack or breakfast.
